Costa Blanca is a

Mediterranean civilizations
(Iberians, Phoenicians,
Greeks, Romans, Muslims).
These villages have
left us their customs
that with the time
have gone being mixed,

our way of cooking.
The gastronomy of
the Costa Blanca is
inside the Mediterranean
diet, which is very
healthy as the sanitary

ice creams, and the

of almonds. These
